Hello Mr Arnzen,
I write from Adelaide, Australia and love your program and the reformed perspective you bring to issues discussed, but due to time-zones am not able to listen to your program live.
When will you update your website or podcast so I can catch up on past programs?
Regards Csaba
Had some technical issues so they are getting caught up soon.
Hi, thank you for this series. I was wondering if there are any others besides this one and the amill one?
I have a question for you, Chris. Would you say that you learned new things about Dispensationalism that you didn’t know before?
Listening to this super after the fact but, I don’t understand Mr. Glass’ interpretation of the Jewish people being Christ’s brothern when prior to this statement Christ defines his brothers, sisters, mother etc as those who do the will of His Father in Heaven. The Jews who have not repented and trusted in Christ as Messiah, Yahweh, God in human Flesh can’t and do not do the will of the Father in Heaven, Paul says they are enemies of the Gospel (for a time) and the children of Abraham are those who share the faith of Abraham who Christ said rejoiced to see His day and saw it and was glad. I am a premil and I have never heard that interpretation of gentiles being judged for how they treated the Jews because the Jews are Christ’s brothern, again as Scripture says the sons of God are those who have been Born of God, and they would be Christ’s brothern. I agree many premils differ in interpretation, but I think we have to let Scripture speak for itself when it comes to the Jewish people who have rejected The Father because they rejected the Son, no one has the Father who does not also have The Son. I don’t think we can straddle the fence on this issue or let emotions guide how we understand God’s word. Does God have a plan for His elect within the Jewish nation, Yes, and we Should evangelize them and trust God to save all He desires from that people, just as His grace saved His Sheep in the OT when not all who were redeemed out of Egypt shared in the faith of Abraham except the elect He forknew in eternity past. Many premils have a tendency to believe that Jews are saved simply for being Jews, Scripture emphatically denies this (John 1), Jews who die today apart from the regenerating work of God that results in repentance and faith in Christ perish, but nonw of those given to Christ from The Father will perish, Sheep from every tribe, tongue and nation.
